Welcome January! ASNCOC Bowling and Coffee Gathering

Well, it was a very, very busy December (which explains our absence from CHART last month), but we ready to kick off the New Year! This month's ASNCOC events are just for fun and fellowship, starting with bowling and followed by the monthly coffee gathering. Mark your calendars for these great events. Speaking of calendars, if you are trying to get organized for 2015, be sure to check out our post about managing busy schedules.

ASNCOC Bowling:

Join us this Saturday for bowling. This is great for all ages and abilities - Bumpers, Ramp or Pro-style!!

Date: Saturday, January 3rd
Time: 10:30 am to 12:00 am
Location: Mardi Gras Bowling Center
6118 Farrington Rd # A
Chapel Hill, NC 27517
(off 54 near Hwy 40)

PLEASE RSVP to ASNCOC@gmail.com with number and age of bowlers, to help them plan. Thanks!

This free event is presented by your local Autism Society of NC chapter. It is funded in part by proceeds from the first annual Dine 4 Autism! Food is available to purchase at the Mardi Gras snack bar.

ASNCOC Monthly Coffee Gathering:

When: Friday, January 16th from 10-11am
Where: Caribou Coffee, corner of Franklin & Estes, Chapel Hill
What: Join us in the back meeting room for coffee and casual conversation. The coffee gatherings are a great chance to meet parents, grandparents, and others who care about someone on the autism spectrum. We look forward to seeing new faces and old friends.

Stay tuned for more in our Organizing for Autism series in 2015. Happy New Year, y'all!
