New to The CHART Lending Library: The Reason I Jump

Did you know that CHART has a Lending Library with books about autism, sensory issues, speech therapy, Social Thinking, and much more? We are happy to announce the latest addition to our library: The Reason I Jump by Naoki Higashida. Written when the author was just 13 years old, Higashida provides insight into how his autistic mind works, answering questions like:

“Why do people with autism talk so loudly and weirdly?”
“Why do you line up your toy cars and blocks?”
“Why don’t you make eye contact when you’re talking?”
                            and of course:
“What’s the reason you jump?”

Please visit our Lending Library for information on how to borrow The Reason I Jump or any of the other great books we have available.
