Announcing Camp Royall's New After School Camp!

For all of you Camp Royall fans (which is everyone who has ever had the pleasure of going there!), there is great news: starting in September 2013, they will start offering after school camp for students with autism. The camp will include many of the fun activities your child already knows from summer camp or Family Fun Days at Camp Royall: gym, group games, playground, hikes, boating, hayrides, and trips to the sensory room. There will also be a snack and time for homework.

Our son loved Pirate Day at Camp Royall this summer!

Camp Royall will be providing some transportation at several pick up spots around the Triangle. The Fall 2013 session starts on September 4th, and will be from approximately 3-6:30pm Monday through Friday. Cost is $150 per week, not including optional transportation. Space permitting, they will also consider accepting siblings of those on the spectrum.

Download the flier for more details, or contact Program Director Sara Gage at  919-542-1033 or sgage@autismsociety-nc.org.
